You’ve Done Everything Right.

So why does your life still feel like someone else's?

You’ve worked hard to build your life. That’s not the problem.

You checked every box, adapted to every room, and on paper, you’ve made it. But inside? Something still feels off. It’s like someone else is pulling the strings in your life.

Maybe you’ve journaled, gone to therapy, or turned to mentors for advice. It helped for a while, and you got a few steps further. But lately, you can’t shake the question: Is this it? Is this what my life looks like from now on?

You built the life you were supposed to but now…

  • “Fine” doesn’t feel fine anymore

  • Success feels hollow, even after all the milestones and trophies

  • You struggle to name who you are outside of your job or résumé

  • You feel invisible in rooms you’ve worked hard to be in

  • Your energy feels scattered and nothing quite fits

Here's what most people discover through my coaching: what you say you want (impact, money, a better job) is a surface layer. Underneath is something older and more honest. The desire to feel ownership over your own life, to make choices you won’t regret, and to have the freedom to be who you are. That's what we're working toward.

Imagine what it’s like to…

  • Know what you actually want beyond the surface answer

  • Make decisions that feel like yours without running them by everyone else first

  • Stop shrinking in rooms you've worked hard to be in

  • Build a life that reflects who you are, not who you've been performing

  • Feel like you’re the same person at work, at home, and everywhere in between

  • Look back on your life and know it was actually yours

When you know how to tap into your authenticity – decisions feel lighter and progress stops feeling like a fight.

Betty Chan

Asian woman with black hair, wearing a pink sleeveless top and black pants, standing barefoot indoors against a beige wall.

I used to believe that if I worked hard enough, adapted well enough, got it right enough, I'd finally like my life. I didn't. I just got better at pretending I did.

What I know now: when life feels off, when you're doing everything "right" and something still feels missing, you're not broken. You might not need a big overhaul. Instead, you need to notice what's been there all along.

For a lot of us, especially those who learned to succeed by overworking, masking, or putting everyone else first, that feeling of "off" is information. It's pointing to where you've fallen out of alignment with who you actually are.

Authenticity isn't a luxury here. It's the only way back to yourself.

That's where I come in. Not to fix you, but to help you interpret what your body, heart, and mind are already trying to tell you through the tiredness, the quiet doubts, and the nagging questions that never seem to go away.

When you understand what's actually true for you, you stop white-knuckling and start trusting yourself through the twists and turns in your work, your relationships, and your life.

I never felt more motivated and confident.

— Erika Bellido-Jin (she/her), VP of Operations

It's been a huge journey to start a new job after 8+ years. Having Betty as my coach not only helped me navigate the transition confidently, our sessions untangle the kind of work I love doing and how I showed up as a professional. By naming what makes me happy, I found a role that celebrates my expertise and respects my time.

Knowing my purpose became a cornerstone for my actions.

— Chantelle Bacigalupo (she/her), Writer, Journalist & Doula

Before coaching, I’d only done therapy but I was still wondering how to actually move forward. Betty helped me put clear language to what I wanted in my career and romantic life, which made everything feel clearer and more exciting again. She helped me cut through the clutter faster and with far less anxiety than I would have on my own.

I can enjoy my success, not just survive it.

— Johnny Nguyen (he/him), Entrepreneur + Startup Growth Consultant

For years I built other people’s companies from the shadows, pushing myself until my body tapped out. Even when I was winning, it never felt like enough. Betty changed that. She didn’t give me surface tactics; she went straight to the beliefs and survival patterns that kept me overworking and under-enjoying my own life.

Betty’s precision as a personal and business coach is second to none.

Imagine being understood before you have all the words.

A place where you’re challenged to grow while supported to keep going.

A relationship where unwanted advice takes a backseat, so you can turn down the noise and finally focus on what you truly want.

Now we’re talking.

Are you ready for a new kind of conversation?

I get to build this my way.

— Tanvi Mittal (she/her), Business Owner & Life Coach

My dream list was long, and the fear was real. I thought that if I just worked harder and celebrated enough wins, I’d figure it out. But I kept hitting a wall in my new business.

Coaching with Betty felt like entering a judgment-free zone where I could unravel, explore, and try again. I gave myself space to name what was hard about sustaining a business, and stopped believing there was one ‘right’ way to do it. This experience reminded me that courage, rest, and self-trust can all coexist in entrepreneurship.

FAQ

All questions are welcomed on my discovery calls.

  • That’s more common than you may think. Most of my clients start by knowing what they don’t want, and that’s enough.

If you feel similarly, book a discovery call. During that time, we can create language around what you do want, and you can decide if my coaching supports those goals.

  • There’s no right or wrong time. In my coaching, we practice gentle productivity and accountability. That means our time together won’t pull you away from other important matters. Instead, it’s designed to help you fit together the parts of your life that are in tension, so you’re juggling less. We do this by helping you gain clarity on where to focus (or not) and what helps you create progress without burning you out.

  • Almost certainly. I work with a lot of clients where the available blueprints don't quite apply — people who are first in their family to do something, and people who have a model in their life but know their version needs to look different. You might be the first to build real wealth, leave a stable career, set a boundary, or choose yourself. Or someone in your life did those things, but you're the first to do it your way. It's already part of how I coach.

  • My clients often say therapy helped them understand why things feel off, but not how to move forward differently. In our work, we bridge that gap. We take the self-awareness you’ve already gained and turn it into tangible choices, boundaries, and language you can actually use in everyday situations.

Clients who’ve done coaching programs say my coaching feels different because of the personalized pacing. You’re not following a one-size-fits-all course or constantly deciding what information applies to you (or doesn’t). In authenticity coaching, you’re not getting a stack of worksheets, but a space that responds to you and what’s showing up in your life, so you can make progress at a pace that feels natural to you.

  • You’ll start noticing subtle shifts within the first few sessions, in how you think, communicate, and make decisions. Real transformation deepens after 6 months as we build your capacity for clarity, calm, and confidence. This isn’t a quick fix; it’s sustainable growth that lasts beyond our sessions.

Some clients choose to continue coaching after their initial coaching wraps up. That way they are supported during new transitions, build new behaviors, or simply have an ongoing space to stay intentional about what’s next. The pace and timeline are personal. We’ll decide together on your discovery call on what feels right for you.

  • That hesitation makes sense! I had a similar question the first time I invested in coaching. And most folks I work with are more comfortable investing in others than in themselves.

Part of this work is defining what “worth it” means on your terms. Not based on what others expect of you, but on what actually supports the life you want. You can read what past clients have shared about their experience to get a feel for what you can get in authenticity coaching.

If it helps to know, you have the option of monthly payments (without additional fees).

If you’re unsure, let’s talk it through on a discovery call.
