I work with professionals and entrepreneurs, especially first-gens, who've built a life that looks right on paper and feels off everywhere else. I know that gap firsthand. As a first-generation Asian American, I spent five years in my own trial and error finding my way back to myself, and I do this work so you don't have to take the long road.

Here's how I work: no generic, cookie-cutter advice. Through customized practices, we realign your daily reality with what your heart has been trying to tell you all along.
